Clinical placements are vital to nurse education, help shape careers and are the subject of the September issue of Nursing Times. An exclusive survey, carried out with the Council of Deans of Health, has revealed placement accessibility, along with staffing, to be one of the most pressing challenges facing nurse education across the UK. However, the profession is already working hard to innovate on placements, as featured in our clinical section.
